Graphic Leadership: Three Perspectives

neverasbad

The first perspective has much to do with the present and what you believe you deserve.  It’s the bedrock of gratitude.  A sense of entitlement only gets in its way.

The second perspective has to do with the future and where you see the possibility of taking action to make your situation better.  Playing the role of the victim gets in its way.

The third has much to do with the past.  What would the situation have been had you done nothing.  Lack of confident humility gets in its way.

With all three perspectives in place, the ability to cope with what life throws at the leader is greatly enhanced.
