At this point in your life, write down what you have come to believe about each category on the poster.

Most people (including myself) are surprised at least a couple times during the inventory – exclaiming to themselves in disbelief “I believe that? You’ve got to be kidding!”

As the title of this post indicates, some of those self-limiting beliefs just might be holding you as a leader (and your magic club) back from growing to the next level of effectiveness.
