This poster reminds the leader that if s/he hasn’t tried Plan Z yet, s/he’s not done trying. The mature leader understands that persistence is a result of really wanting something. Oftentimes it’s the team that wants the win the most that in the end takes the win.

Persistence can and often does compensate for lack of innate talent. The leader never underestimates its power.
