On the tables are enough of these sheets for everyone to have one.
At the beginning of the meeting, each person takes one of the sheets and selects three questions to fill in the blank.
Everyone must complete the last sentence.
Each round at their table every person shares one they completed. In the third round, each person shares their completion on the last sentence on the sheet.
The genius of this activity is that all except the last one are general statements that will help table members get to know each other better.
The final one needs to be a sentence where the answer will help transition to your theme of the meeting.
We have found this to be a gentle way to bring our members’ minds into focus on the meeting topic while helping them get to know each other better at the same time.
