Learning teams involve all audience members learning in teams different parts of the content and then becoming “instant experts” – teaching the part of the content they read/explored in exchange for the other teams sharing what they learned from their component.
We used Learning Teams extensively in the meeting depicted in the poster below. Click on that poster to be taken a more complete description of the flow of that meeting.
No doubt you’ll start thinking of other ways it can be of use (possibly with longer magic articles or a series of different magic articles too).
