This was a most fun way of getting our members acquainted with our club’s Performance Feedback Form.
After giving every attendee an opportunity to look over the feedback forms on each table (with pencils too), three performers presented routines that successfully included three or more violations of those areas referenced on the feedback form.
After each performance, every table team (as well as those joining via Zoom) decided on three violations from the form that they observed.
After hearing one from each group, the performer read the violations that s/he had attempted to incorporate into their presentation.
After inserting our raffle prior to the final performer, the winner was selected by popular vote via a poll on our Facebook site.
This meeting structure had the members familiarizing themselves with the feedback form – reading and discussing its content multiple times in a fun atmosphere filled with energy.
