
Every two years we use Google Docs to facilitate the soliciting of feedback from our members.

As you’ll see, the survey will be updated in 2024 before it’s presented to our membership in September of this year (right before the board begins its work on setting the club’s Project Goals and Initiatives for the next year). See next post for more about that document.
The Project Goals are then presented to the membership prior to our 15×15 annual fund raising drive. A soon-to-be released post will go into more detail on that.
The survey helps ensure that the board selects projects that will be valued by our members.
Hopefully some of the survey questions will help you build a survey for your club members that will consistently help you gather feedback from them too.
