• We selected six card enthusiasts who each hosted a table with a particular emphasized sleight printed on a table card sitting on the table. You can read the various sleights in the event’s poster copy.
• Although we mostly took our cues from the energy in the room, it turned out to be about every ten minutes that folks would change tables and learn a new sleight.
• About halfway through the evening, we had our raffle drawing too.
We did have enough extra decks of cards for all to participate in this very hands-on learning experience.
After the meeting was over, folks would tend to return to one of the six table teachers for a little extra finessing on the sleight s/he had taught.
