Graphic Leadership: The Happiness Check

Rational Emotive Therapy teaches that happiness can be determined by how you answer three basic questions:

  1.  What do I need (as opposed to want) in life?
  2. What can others psychologically (versus physically) do to me?
  3. What does the world owe me?

Happiness can only come and remain when the individual has dealt with the reality of those three questions – holding that perspective firmly in place.  A leader exhibits such a resoluteness and is thus quite attractive to follow.
