Graphic Leadership:  Laziness

The word laziness is too seldom used.

Rather than acting with pure integrity, the lazy person willingly takes advantage of the system to get away with as little energy output as possible.

Their inability to look at himself or herself in the mirror shows how insidious laziness is and how comfortable one can get in the midst of it.

A leader must be able to identify even a hint of it in himself or herself as well as those s/he leads so that it doesn’t become an accepted or even applauded part of the team culture.
