As founder of the Sandler Training Center in Omaha, Nebraska, and author of the book Transforming Leaders The Sandler Way,  Dave Arch has served twenty-five years as the Internal Sales and Leadership Development Consultant for Tenaska, Inc., Nebraska’s largest privately held company.  In that capacity he personally provided sales and leadership coaching and oversaw the leadership mentoring program of the company.
