Due to the fact that this profile more precisely measures the thirty-three different aptitudes and values (see listing below) used as categories in the menu of this blog, it moves beyond the personality of the individual to the behaviors.  Its results are not as dependent on the individual’s self-knowledge as much as other assessments.

This resource site has been organized so that the above behaviors serve as the categories around which the postings are organized. By clicking on one of the categories in the site’s header, appropriate postings will be selected relating to the further development of that behavior.

Finally, each Devine Leadership assessment comes with three different reports:

  • A self-development report – giving the participant ideas for growing in areas of weakness;
  • A hiring report – providing questions to use in an interview for a new hire; and
  • A coaching report too for their manager to use with the direct report.
