As you become acquainted with this resource, here are some different ways people are accessing the content:
1. You could use the search box to look for a particular leadership topic (i.e. Timid). The search engine will bring up every posting that has the keyword you use in either the title or the main body of the posting;
2. By visiting the Poster Gallery (another category in the main menu), you can browse all 300 of the leadership posters – selecting those that look interesting to you – clicking on the picture of the poster to be taken to its explanatory posting;
3. When you meet as a magic club board, why not ask each person to select a favorite poster from the site’s Poster Gallery that s/he believes is particularly applicable to their role in leading the magic club – explaining why they chose that poster;
4. By visiting http://davearch.com/posters you can register to receive one leadership poster with its accompanying explanation every seven days; and
5. The 33 leadership behaviors measured by the Devine leadership assessment (see the above poster and/or download the list at http://davearch.com/devinebehaviors.pdf are those categories listed in the blog site’s menu. Each post has been grouped under one or more of those behavioral categories as though you had called and asked me which posters I would recommend for you if you wanted to pursue the development of one of those qualities. Click on the behavior in the menu, and it will pull up the applicable posts.
