Beyond cooperation (not stepping on each other’s feet) lies the ellusive world of collaboration where individual units of a team or company actually leverage the strengths of each other to attain greater success.
In this poster, only one of the pictures depicts collaboration while the other two pictures show the results of not collaborating. The spilling of water from the bucket is bound to occur when collaboration is not in place.
My encouragement to you as a leader is to never give up on your quest for true collaboration on your team. The work is worth it.
