Have you ever experienced this dilemma? You can be acknowledged as being right in your position/opinion and lose the relationship or you can not be acknowledged as being right and keep the relationship.
A Right-Fighter tends towards always insisting on being acknowledged as being right – leaving many destroyed relationships in his/her wake.
Much of it has to do with the leader’s ego and whether or not s/he is able to subordinate his/her ego to serving the larger good or must s/he be vindicated in his/her position.
Being a Right-Fighter is expensive both emotionally and financially. A leader understands this.
