I believe the term Post Turtle was originally a derogatory term used about politicians (i.e. They can’t get there by themselves. They can’t get down by themselves. And while up there, they can’t do anything.)

The poster reminds the leader to never forget that s/he didn’t get where s/he is on his/her own. Nor will s/he be able to survive without the help of others.

The leader who represents himself/herself as a self-made leader is not only mis-representing the truth but also damaging his/her earned leadership authority among their followers.
