Most of us have more than enough fears without feeding them. What might be feeding your fears – giving them greater strength in your life?
The news? The movies and television shows you choose to watch? The books you choose to read?
This might be the first time you’ve thought about these inputs as feeders of your fears; but they can give exercise to that emotion that in most of us doesn’t need to get stronger.
