It doesn’t take long for a leader to understand that “one size does not fit all.” This is particularly true when it comes to encouraging followers to achieve higher levels of development.
An understanding leader knows their followers well enough to take into account not only from where the follower started but also how the individual’s genetic capacity differs from others on the team.
Just as in the poster it is my belief that as each person takes the shot, the crowd will applaud with about equal enthusiasm but not for the same reasons. May your own encouraging applause for your followers find a model in this poster as you identify who the three people in the poster might be on your team.
