I won’t presume to tell you what the writer of this ancient text meant by what was said in this Bible verse found in the fifth chapter of Matthew.  Still I have seen its truth play out in the leaders I’ve met.Those leaders who go seeking for facts regarding their suspicions  that their direct reports are taking advantage of them and lying to them; ultimately find evidence to support their beliefs.Those who go out into the world believing there is an abundance of resources and creativity for each of us to find our own success, find evidence to support their belief.
