The profundity of this poster is found in its simplicity. Of course one can’t solve something they refuse to acknowledge. Does that really merit being made into a poster?
In my Executive Coaching, I’ve discovered that approximately 85-90% of solving a problem is getting an individual to acknowledge and take responsibility for the problem.
Hence, the need for the reminder.
