With technology and all aspects of knowledge moving as fast as they are, the ability to learn something early in your life, unlearn it, and relearn it, is an indispensable component.  A leader must be constantly changing, constantly growing, constantly learning.

“A student of the game” makes a good leader even a great leader. A leader who stops learning and tries to live on his or her laurels soon becomes a bad leader.

Learning, unlearning, relearning.

It certainly has its stresses, but there’s no other way in today’s world.
