We have visited this theme before in at least a couple of other posters. In the section on “Comfort Zones” we said, “It’s fear that is wrapped around our comfort zones.” In the section on “Confidence” we said that, “We have to first do that about which we want to feel confident.”
Here, we say it this way, “Whatever you want is just on the other side of a curtain of fear. Walking through that curtain is the difference between a great leader and a good leader. It’s not the absence of fear for no one is absent of fear. Rather a great leader understands that to not succumb to that emotion of fear is a key to achieving what he or she wants, not only for themselves but also for the people they lead.
