Anytime you want to change your followers behaviors, psychologists would call it Behavior Modification. Yet oftentimes a leader has never clearly defined what behaviors from their followers are getting in the way of productivity and which are contributing to it.
This poster can be used for that very purpose.
When completed, the leader will be able to consider what s/he might do to extinguish the non-productive behaviors and encourage the ones that add to the success of the team.
